Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An input image position and magnitude automatic adjustment method for video communication is provided to facilitate use in a mobile video communication environment by automatically adjusting the position and magnitude of the image. CONSTITUTION: An image to be transmitted is input through an image input unit. The distance between the image input unit(103) and the receiver that will receive the image is calculated. The position of a partial image(102) to be transmitted is detected from the entire input image(101). The position and magnitude of the image is adjusted so that the image to be transmitted may be positioned at the screen center of the receiver with a suitable magnitude.
