Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A color correction method for a digital display and a color correction method thereof are provided to offer a vivid and natural image by converting and displaying a color video signal transmitted from a broadcasting station according to the color representation characteristics of the display. CONSTITUTION: A data input unit(32) receives a video data transmitted from outside. A storing unit(31) stores a color representation characteristics data of a display required for color correction. The first operation unit(33) corrects the color using the color representation characteristics data stored in the storing unit(31), for the input video data from the data input unit(32). A data output unit(34) outputs the video data color-corrected by the first operation unit(33).
