Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A control apparatus having easy steam purge in a blast furnace is provided in which stable operation can be done by preventing deficiency of the amount of steam purge in advance. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a spray part in which a high pressure water spray unit (51) and a spray gun are integrated for supplying high pressure water to a spray lance (50); a sealing part in which a sealing cap (200) is adhered to the rear end side of an inlet valve for preventing hot air from being outflown to the outside and maintaining airtightness; a control part having an automatic steam valve (11) opened or closed according to signals of a flow meter (12) transmitting whether an appropriate amount of steam purge of the top furnace is supplied or not interlockingly interrelated with the flow meter, and transmitting signals to an operator; a spray hole in which an S-typed channel is formed so that rotational force driven in one direction at a high speed is obtained; and a penetrating part having a shape which is integrated with a body (108), wherein the penetrating part penetrates the blank area reciprocally and compatibly together with the high pressure water sprayed from a spray nozzle as a rotation (107) and a rotational bit (101) transferring a high speed rotational force are being drilled, and has a foreign substance discharging hole (101a) constructed in a two-comma-patterned shape so that the generated foreign substances are well discharged into the rear. |
