EMBEDDED PROCESSOR HAVING MEMORY STRUCTURE OF HIGH EFFICIENCY

PURPOSE: A memory structure is provided to easy design a memory of a high efficiency as doing so that a memory is always pre-charged to a clock, p2. CONSTITUTION: The memory structure includes a controller(400), a write buffer address(410), a write buffer data(420), a RAM(430) and a comparator(440). The controller receives read/write signals from the outside and controls the RAM. The write buffer address receives an address of the outside and stores a write address. The write buffer data receives a data from the RAM and stores a write data. The RAM receives a controlling signal from the controller, an address from the write buffer address and inputs and outputs a data to the write buffer data and the outside. The comparator compares whether an address stored in the write buffer address agrees with a read address from the RAM. The memory device sets the read operation of the RAM to the write operation of the RAM.
