DEVICE AND METHOD FOR NOTIFYING OTHER USER CONNECTING VIA INTERNET

PURPOSE: The device and method for notifying the other user connecting via the Internet are provided for a user to know access of the other user, and to offer the recorded media, which can read the program of implementing the method, by a computer. CONSTITUTION: When the user runs a dedicated program, the dedicated program reads the URL(Universal Resource Location) of a screen and transfers the URL to a center site(10). The center site receives the URL and sorts the URL in the same kind(11). The center site connects to the URL sorted in the same kind and transfers the information of another users having the same URL to the user(12). The Internet connector of the user receives the information and displays the information of another users seeing the same URL on the screen of the Internet connector of the user(13). The user selects the specified user, who the user wants to send a message to, of another users seeing the same URL(14). The user sends the message to the specified other user(15).
