Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: The device and method for offering the common service of many Internet sites at the center site is provided to enable a user to use the Internet in the simple environment and to largely expand the range of using the Internet without many sites offering the additional service. CONSTITUTION: Many Internet sites determine the common service offered to members of each site(20). The information about members of each site is comprised as the public member DB and the contents of the common service are comprised as the public service DB(22). When a member logs in the site which the member self belongs to and when the member is identified as one of members of the Internet site by referring to the public member DB(24), the member can request the service. If the service is the common service, the center site runs the common service. If the service is not the common service, the center site runs the specified service of the relevant site(26).
