OSD POSITION ADJUSTING METHOD FOR VIDEO SIGNAL PROCESSOR

PURPOSE: An OSD(on-screen display) position adjusting method for a video signal processor is provided to optimize OSD position if the OSD position is outside a determined position because of the components, adjustment deviation or change in duty or phase of the horizontal synchronization signal. CONSTITUTION: It is determined if an OSD position is on a determined position(110). If the OSD position is outside a determined position, an OSD position adjustment menu is selected to vary the delay time(140). The delay time is stored when the OSD position was adjusted to a desired position(150). An OSD signal is output after the delay time referring to the horizontal synchronization signal.
