HARD CHROME PLATING AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A process for preparing chrome plating in which fine hard particles with submicron level are sufficiently present inside cracks by fixing fine hard particles without eluding from the inside of crack and drying substrates to be plated is provided, thereby producing a hard chrome layer without increasing the amount of abrasion of counter material while increasing abrasion resistance of a plating layer. CONSTITUTION: The hard chrome plating is characterized in that it contains solid particles having a particle size of 0.02 to 0.5 micrometer at the inner part of fine cracks formed on the surface of mother material on which a plating layer is formed. In the process for electrodeposition of chrome plating, a drying process of a plating solution by exposing substrates to be plated to the outside of the plating solution is carried out one or more times.
