Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A connecting device is provided to make utilization easy by enabling connection and disconnection of a connecting device, to prevent damage of surrounding elements due to the connecting device by forming the connecting device with a soft material and to improve durability by protecting an object connected with the connecting device. CONSTITUTION: A connecting device(10) has connecting bodies(20,20') with connecting protrusions(22). A head portion(30) is formed in the upper portion of the connecting body, and a control pin(40) is penetrated through the head portion. The control pin has a connecting portion(42) in the lower end. The connecting portion is connected with the connecting bodies to adjust the distance between the bodies. Accordingly to distance adjustment between the connecting bodies, the connecting device is connected with an object or disconnected from the object by one-touch operation. Therefore, the connecting device is operated without an additional tool.
