Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A method is provided which early removes the materials adhered to the inner wall of a blast furnace by checking adhered materials adhered to the inner wall of a blast furnace occasionally during operation, thereby burning the adhered materials with coke. CONSTITUTION: The method for removing materials adhered to the inner wall of a blast furnace comprises the steps of setting control temperatures per parts of the body of the blast furnace; measuring a temperature of the body of the blast furnace in the actual operation, and judging a part in which a measured temperature of the body of the blast furnace is strayed from the control temperature as a metal adhered part; and injecting much of coke into parts to which materials are adhered from the upper side of the blast furnace until the metal adhered part satisfies the control temperature.
