Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An electric locomotive for a scatter power hydraulic turbine is provided to reduce an installing cost without an electric rail or engine by producing electric energy with mechanic energy, and to reduces air pollution. CONSTITUTION: An electric locomotive comprises a seesaw unit(210) generating scatter power by operating a vertical center pillar unit(40) up and down of a vertical supporter(60); a vertical operation unit(220) reciprocating on end portion of the vertical supporter of the seesaw unit; plural scatter power hydraulic pumps(50) mounted on a center shaft of the center pillar unit and the horizontal supporter; a turbine unit(140) having a generator generating electricity by rotation force of the turbine unit; and a power deliver unit supplying power to a driving motor (150) and an electric locomotive power unit(410) with the electric energy. The scatter power hydraulic pump generates high-hydraulic pressure and supplies into the turbine unit. The power deliver unit drives a wheel of the electric locomotive by supplying the electric energy applied from the turbine unit into the electric locomotive power unit.
