METHOD FOR CONTROLLING PAUSE OF CYLINDER IN VEHICLE ELECTRONIC MECHANICAL VALVE SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A controlling method for a pause of a cylinder in a valve system is provided to reduce engine vibration after the pause of the cylinder through controlling air amount inputted to the cylinder by adjusting opening and closing time of an intake valve. CONSTITUTION: An engine is operated for deciding input of a cylinder pause area. Then, a cylinder in an exhaust process is checked for calculating increasing and decreasing rates. By using the rates, air amount is increased in an intake process of the cylinder. Then, a next pause cylinder is reduced for the air amount increase rate. In case of the rate under zero, deviation from a next pause area is decided. Then, a cylinder in an exhaust process is checked for calculating increasing and decreasing rates. Then, air amount is decreased for the rates in the intake process for increasing air amount of the next cylinder for the rates. In case of the increasing and decreasing rates as zero, operation is stopped.
