Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An idle pulley improves the heat resistance of the pulley main body to extend the life span thereof and of a belt. CONSTITUTION: An idle pulley(1) comprises a bearing(11), a pulley main body(12) and an iron plate(13). The bearing(11) smooths the rotation of the idle pulley(1) on a moving shaft. The pulley main body(12) has radial ribs around the periphery of the bearing(11) is integrally engaged with the bearing(11) and rotates pressurizing the periphery of a belt. The ring-shaped iron plate(13) buried around the periphery(14) of the main body(12). The iron plate(13) has jagged parts(131) on the both edges thereof to prevent the iron plate(13) from being detached from the man body(12) and sliding on the belt.
