Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An apparatus for detecting an inequally spread surface is provided to reduce inferior rate of a tape product and the loss of human power caused by a test with the naked eye. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for detecting an inequally spread surface includes a silicon spreader(40) for coating a release paper(20') treated with polyethylene in the surface, a glue spreader spreading an adhesive to the release paper coated with silicon, at least one or more lighting sources(51) positioned on a moving path of the release paper for irradiating a beam forming a predetermined angle with the surface of the release paper, a photo detector(52) discriminating the beams outputted from each lighting sources and reflected to the surface of the release paper, and a control part(60) obtaining the sum total of all waves of the beams detected by the photo detector and outputting a control signal according to the sum total information.
