Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A method for treating the functional gradient surface of a cast of the continuous casting is provided to improve abrasion resistance and heat and impact resistance properties of the surface treating layer in a cast for the continuous casting. CONSTITUTION: In a method for treating the surface of a cast for the continuous casting for improving the life cycle of the cast and stabilizing the cast, the method for treating the functional gradient surface of a cast of the continuous casting comprises the process of providing a plating layer with the functional gradient of hardness in the up and down and thickness direction of the plating layer by increasing the concentration of a reductant accordingly as lowering the level of the plating solution as the electroplating time passes by considering the relationship between standard addition concentration of the reductant and hardness of the plating layer, wherein a plating speed and a hardness of the plating layer are improved by installing a solution circulation unit in a corner direction of the cast for the continuous casting, thereby circulating the plating solution, and wherein the plating layer is a Ni-B plating layer, and the reductant is dimethyl amine boran. |
