DEVICE FOR BONDING BRAZING HAVING ROUND TORCH

PURPOSE: A device for bonding brazing having a round torch is provided to prevent a thermal deformation of a material tank and an injection hole without an additional preheating device in a brazing operation for fixing the injection hole to the material tank of a car. CONSTITUTION: A device for bonding brazing having a round torch includes a torch(13) formed in a round shape, a plurality of gas injection holes(13a) formed along the circumference of the torch. The gas injection holes are inclined at a predetermined angle toward a central shaft of the torch. The round torch has an inner diameter larger than a diameter of the injection holes to wrap the circumference of the injection holes. An oxygen supply pipe(23) and an acetylene supply pipe(27) are connected to a side of the round torch to supply oxygen and acetylene gas, and the supplied oxygen and acetylene gas moves along a path formed in the inside of the round torch and discharged to the outside through the gas injection holes.
