Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: Provided is a skin preparation for external use for preventing aging by compounding a newly found component having excellent preventing activities against aging such as effective improvement of wrinkles or slackness on the skin. The preventing activities are higher than conventional cell-activating agent. CONSTITUTION: A skin preparation for external use for preventing aging, is composed of an extract of Pueraria mirifica as a preventive component against aging. Further, it is composed of one or two kinds of pharmaceutically effective components selected from a whitening agent, a cell activating agent, an antioxidant, an anti-inflammatory agent, a humectant and a UV-proofing agent. 본 발명은 높은 멜라닌생성억제작용 및 노화방지작용을 갖고, 제제 중에서 변질하는 일 없이 소기의 약효를 얻을 수 있는 신규한 피부외용제를 제공하는 것이다. 푸에라리아 미리피카(Pueraria mirifica)의 추출물을 함유하는 피부외용제 및 그 추출물과 미백제, 항산화제, 항염증제, 자외선방지제, 세포부활제, 보습제에서 선택되는 약효제의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하는 피부외용제.
