Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A disposable diaper having a rounded fasten tape is provided to prevent the phenomenon of skin rasp by rounding the both end parts of a Y-bond portion as an attachment part of a fasten tape and a release tape. CONSTITUTION: The disposable diaper comprising a fasten tape(12), a release tape(15), and a frontal tape is formed with a Y-bond portion(16) as an attachment part between the fasten tape and the release tape. Firstly, the fasten tape and the release tape are attached. After that, both end corners of the Y-bond portion are rounded off based on a horizontal direction that is perpendicular to the bent direction of the Y-bond portion by drilling a circular diamond shaped hole per each cut piece of the tapes. By rounding the Y-bond portion, the phenomenon of skin rasp caused by stimulating the skin of a wearer is prevented.
