FAST RECOVERING METHOD OF COLD ROLLING OIL

PURPOSE: A fast recovering method of cold rolling oil is provided to rapidly recover the rolling oil of previous modes within a rolling machine and pipes without loss of the rolling oil when a rolling mode is changed, thereby rapidly stabilizing the frictional coefficient between a rolling roll and material to be rolled. CONSTITUTION: In a first step(51,52), it is determined whether a pushing mode or a second rolling mode system on is selected. In a second mode(53), a second discharge valve is opened, a second recovery valve is closed and a first recovery valve is opened. In a third step(54), a recovery pump is operated. In a fourth step(55), first and second timers are operated. In a fifth step(56,57), it is determined whether the second timer output high(H) after a preset time is elapsed, and a second rolling mode recovery valve is opened if high. In a sixth step(58,59), it is determined whether the first timer output high(H) after a preset time is elapsed, and a first rolling mode recovery valve is opened if high.
