Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: An improved bidirectional optical amplifier structure is to simplify the structure of the bidirectional optical amplifier using a strand of optical fiber and a single optical amplifier. CONSTITUTION: The first optical circulator(102) is connected to one end of a strand of an optical fiber to change paths of an upward optical signal and a downward optical signal. A WDM(wavelength division multiplexing) channel of the upward optical signal passes through the first optical circulator, the first optical attenuator(104), the first optical fiber bragg grating(106) and the second optical circulator(108) and is input into an optical amplifier(110). A WDM channel of the downward optical signal passes through the fourth optical circulator(116), the second optical attenuator(118), and the second optical circulator, and is input into the optical amplifier. |
