Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing a processed food using sweet potato as a main material, which is comfortable to carry, does not go bad in a long time, and is eatable instantly without cooking secondly. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a processed food using sweet potato as a main material comprises the steps of: (i) removing the skin of sweet potato, boiling, and pulverizing; (ii) mixing the prepared sweet potato powder 55-65wt.%, flour 22wt.%, carrot 1wt.%, green onion 1wt.%, shredded oyster 10-20wt.%, and salt 1wt.%; (iii) forming the mixture in a certain type, and boiling in a steamer; and (iv) sterilizing and packing in a vacuum packing method.
