Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A tube push out press is provided to make an expansion of a rotary beam not inconveniently operative for guiding a piercing traverse by providing a draw-down outer face with a piercing traverse surrounding frame member or rotary beam side walls in a way that the smallest cross-section of the rotary beam is positioned at a side wall central area regarding the rotary beam length. CONSTITUTION: A direct pipe push out machine(1) mainly has a corresponding beam(2), a block accommodation part(3), a hollow press stamp(4) and an opening sleeve(5) which passes through the press stamp(4). The opening sleeve(5) is supported by a piercing traverse(6) connected with a piercing plunger(7) and a push out main plunger(8). The piercing traverse(6) is accommodated in a notch(9) of a frame-like rotary beam(10) and guided. A concave shape drawdown(11) like a circular arc broken line is formed on outside or periphery of the rotary beam(10) side walls(10a, 10b) remaining at both sides of the notch(9).
