TRAFFIC SIGNAL LAMP HAVING FUNCTION OF ABSORBING EXTERNAL LIGHT

PURPOSE: A traffic signal lamp having a function of absorbing an external light is provided, which can be used not only at night but also in the daytime, by absorbing the external light. CONSTITUTION: The traffic signal lamp comprises a lens array(12) has a function of absorbing an external light, and a LED(Light Emitting Diode) array where a number of LEDs(13) are mounted on a substrate(14). The LEDs soldered to the LED array generates a light by applying a voltage signal from a driving circuit. And, a number of lens cells(11) are arranged in the lens array. Each lens cell absorbs a light incident from the external, and on the other hand, reflects a light incident from the LEDs. The lens cell comprises a reflex mirror to reflect the light incident from the LEDs, and a light absorbing film absorbing the external light by being installed in the reflex mirror, and a lens covered on an open aperture formed on an upper part of the reflex mirror.
