Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A socket automatic welding apparatus is provided to improve the reliability of a welding process by accurately obtaining welding parameter and reduce the manufacturing cost by simply realizing a recognition apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A socket automatic welding apparatus includes a recognition apparatus(114) having a plurality of uneven grooves in first and second depths at a predetermined area of a sleeve pipe(100) to recognize welding parameter and a binary code of a manufacturing company in a welding controller, a plug inserted into the uneven groove of the recognition for being contacted with electricity, wherein the welding controller decodes information related to the binary code according to the electric contact of the plug and recognition apparatus for continuing welding work.
