Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A device for controlling a power source and a pulse type of laser power supply using the same are provided to achieve high repetition and high output property using a charging device for a common frequency having a low price and a switching device having low price. CONSTITUTION: In a device for controlling a power source and a pulse type of laser power supply using the same, a charging and discharging device(130) is consisted of a plurality of charging devices. An interrupting device(140) interrupts the charging and discharging paths of the respective charging device. A control device(150) controls the interrupting operation of the interrupting device as to charge and discharge the plurality of charging devices subsequentially.
