Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A side thruster of a ship is provided to minimize the thrust loss to maximize the control performance of the ship by forming through passages of boss parts to be inclined from predetermined internal points to central apertures. CONSTITUTION: Two through passages(100,200) are respectively transversely formed in two boss parts(1,2) to be horizontal from apertures(100b,200b) to predetermined internal points and then be inclined at the angle of 10-20 degrees from the points to the other apertures(100a,200a). Thrust generators(101,201) are respectively mounted on the horizontal sections of the through passages(100,200) to generate transverse thrust. Grid nets(102,202) are respectively mounted on the apertures(100a,200a;100b,200b) of the through passages(100,200).
