METHOD FOR PREPARING BATTERY OF ELECTRIC VEHICLE BY USING GROUP TEST

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a battery of an electric vehicle is provided which improves its yield by reducing inferior rate of bicells constituting the battery. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) preparing plural bicells constituting a battery; (ii) dividing bicells into an adequate number of groups and forming one group cell per group by stacking bicells; (iii) testing if each group cell is bad or not; and (iv) coupling up the group cells without defect resulted from the test of the step (iii) to prepare a battery for an electric vehicle, wherein each group cell is pouch formed.
