ENHANCED ROAMING NOTIFICATION

PURPOSE: A method for warning cell hand-off is provided to warn cell hand-off to a wireless terminal user by which an unexpected accounting due to roaming can be prevented. CONSTITUTION: A mobile wireless terminal is configured such that it serves warning to the user of the terminal with sound when the terminal receives a carrier or an urgent or instructed hand-off indication to a network resulting in accounting onto the user with respect to its roaming while the terminal is busy. In the case the user does not execute an operation indicating its consent such as depression of a prescribed key or utterance of a prescribed instruction before a prescribed time expires, the call is finished or released automatically within a prescribed time after the audible warning. 본 발명에 따른 이동 무선 단말기는 통화중에, 로밍에 대해 사용자에게 비용이 부과될 반송파나 네트워크로 직접 핸드 오프되거나 곧 핸드오프될 예정이라는 표시를 수신하면, 사용자에게 청각적 경고를 발생하도록 구성된다. 청각적 경고가 발생된 후 사전 결정된 시간 범위 내에서, 그 시간이 만료되기 전에 사용자가 사전 결정된 키를 누르거나 사전 결정된 명령어를 말해서 승인하지 않으면, 자동적으로 호를 종료 또는 해제한다.
