RECYCLING METHOD OF FOOD WASTE AND FACILITY THEREOF

PURPOSE: A recycling method of food waste is provided, which treat the waste by a mechanical equipment and a microbiological process, so that the waste can be used as fertilizer and livestock feed and can treat the waste in a large amount in partnership with neighbor autonomies. The system can also remove bad-smelling gas completely. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a crushing and foreign material removing part(200) comprised of a hopper(210), a flow conveyor(220), a magnetic separator(230), a rotary crusher(240), a drum screen(250) and a cyclone hopper(260); (ii) a drying and sterilizing part(300) consisting of a cooker(310) and a storage tank(320); (iii) a mixing part(400) in which an agitating rotor(415) is installed for mixing food waste and sawdust by a ratio of 1:1; (iv) a fermentation part(500) in which rice bran or wheat bran is fed through a flow conveyor(431) for fermenting the food waste by aerobic microorganisms; (v) a shipping part(600); and (vi) a deodorizing part(700).
