PIPE PUNCHING PRESS

PURPOSE: A pipe punching press is provided to punch a hole without deformation of a punched material, to maximize work efficiency and to punch various shapes of holes as well as an annular hole. CONSTITUTION: A punching press consists of a lift unit moved up and down by motive power such as hydraulic pressure and prepared with a processing unit for giving cutting force to a processed material and a bed portion(24) for settling and fixing the processed material. The lift unit of the press has several punching blades(30) formed on a lower face and the bed portion has a reinforcing material(40) as a long steel member inserted in a pipe without clearance. Plural holes corresponding to the position, shape and number of the punching blade are formed on an upper face of the reinforcing material. A fixing stand for fixing the reinforcing material is installed on an upper face of the bed to move the reinforcing material only upwardly. After the pipe is inserted in the outer circumference of the reinforcing material and fixed on the fixing stand, a lift stand(21) is descended. Then plural holes are formed on the pipe so that the efficiency of punching the pipe is maximized.
