METHOD FOR RESOURCE DELETE BY USING V 5.2 PSTN PROTOCOL MESSAGE

PURPOSE: A method for the resource delete by using a V 5.2 PSTN protocol message is provided to improve the function of a V5.2 PSTN subscriber number service supplying system by reducing the time needed in removing the assigned resource according to removing the number. CONSTITUTION: A method for the resource delete by using a V 5.2 PSTN protocol message includes a few stages. In the first stage the number managing portion(AN1) of an access net(AN) sends the message about an on-hook of a receiver to the local exchange system(LE) when the PSTN subscriber connected to the AN hangs up the receiver for deleting the number. In the second stage the number managing portion(LE1) in the LE includes the resource delete message in the PSTN protocol message controlling the end of the number. In the third stage the number managing portion(AN1) of AN confirms the resource delete information and carries out the management and sends the resource delete ACK to LE about the managed result and deletes the resource assigned for carrying out the call to the subscriber. In the fourth stage the number managing portion(LE1) in the LE the resource is deleted and the number is completed.
