Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: The method for detecting a receiving signal under an inhomogeneous channel state is provided to use an OSSO(Order Statistic Smallest Of) CFAR(Constant False Alarm Rate) detector, so as to adaptively detect the receiving signal under various channel changing states, and to always keep an FAR(False Alarm Rate) necessary for a system. CONSTITUTION: Each different kind value of half first window(120) is transformed as samples of the second windows(140) under an inhomogeneous state. Sequence statistics are applied to the transformed values. Half of the second windows(140) extract thresholds by the first windows(110).
