MILKFAT AND CARBIDE CLEANING SOLUTION AND PRODUCTION OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A cleaning solution for washing milk fat and carbide as scum or waste remaining on surface of such as roasting fan is provided for cleaning the fan without scratching or damage to its surface by only soaking it in the water dissolving the cleaning solution. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning solution for removing milk fat and carbide is prepared by admixing 40-50 wt.% of sodium hydroxide, 5-6 wt.% of sodium glucoheptonate, 7-10 wt.% of sodium metasilicate, 1-5 wt.% of sodium lauryl sulfonate, 1-3 wt.% of xylene sulfonate, 5-7 wt.% of surfactant, 15-20 wt.% of light ASH and 20-25 wt.% of penetrating agent and dispersing agent; heating the mixed powder at 30-35 deg.C and agitating at 30 RPM for 60-70 minutes in a first agitator; then mixing the powder with water in a weight ratio of 33:67 and agitating at 100 RPM for 3 hours in a second agitator at 80 deg.C. The final product is obtained after cooling process.
