Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A charging apparatus is provided to minimize a charge time by adding a voltage detection terminal so as to supply a constant voltage on the basis of an actual voltage supplied to a battery. CONSTITUTION: A power supply section(21) supplies a power to a terminal unit, and a voltage detecting section(23) detects a voltage from the power supply section(21). A current detecting section(22) detects a current from the power supply section(21). A voltage detecting terminal(25a) is connected to the voltage detecting section(23), and a charger terminal section(24) is supplied with a power from the power supply section(21) in order to charge a battery. A battery terminal section(26) is used to mount the battery(27), and a voltage detecting terminal section(25b) detects a voltage supplied to the battery(27).
