POLYMER ELECTROLYTE COMPOSITION, PROCESS FOR PREPARATION THEREOF AND LITHIUM SECONDARY BATTERY USING SAME

PURPOSE: A polymer electrolyte composition comprising a polyvinylidenefluoride polymer, a polymethylmethacrylate polymer and a polyacrylonitrile polymer and secondary lithium battery using the same are provided which can increase mechanical strength of a polymer electrolyte and adhesion with an electrolyte and obtain a high capacity lithium secondary battery having stable rechargeable characteristics. CONSTITUTION: This polymer electrolyte composition comprises a polymer mixture containing at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of i) a polyvinylidenefluoride polymer and ii) polyacrylonitrile and polymethylmethacrylate and a lithium salt dissolved electrolytic solution, wherein the polymer mixture contains 25 to 90% by weight of a polyvinylidenefluoride polymer and 10 to 75% by weight of at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of the polyacrylonitrile and the polymethylmethacrylate.
