Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A method of N-(4-methylbenzenesulfonyl)-N'-(3-azabicyclo(3,3,0)octane)urea is provided for separating and obtaining the product in high purity and high yield by means of simple neutralization process. CONSTITUTION: A production method of N-(4-methylbenzenesulfonyl)-N'-(3-azabicyclo(3,3,0(octane)urea is carried out by reacting p-toluenesulfonyl isocyanate and N-aminoazabicyclo(3,3,0)octane hydrochloride without expensive organic base. Instead of the organic base, provided is any hydrophobic solvent such as dimethylformamide, acetonitril, toluene under pH 1-5. After completing the reaction, by simple neutralization with sodium hydrogen carbonate or sodium hydroxide and precipitation, the final product is obtained at high purity and high yield.
