Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A structure of an electrode for a pixel of a device for active electric luminous display is provided to improve the sustainment of the gate voltage of a film transistor for driving by reducing the leakage current of a film transistor for switching. CONSTITUTION: The device includes the gate wiring(11), the data wiring(12), a power supplying line(13), switching film transistors(TS1,TS2), the gate voltage(VG), the gate voltage(V2G), the data voltage(VD) and a storage capacitor(CST). On the gate electrode of the switching film transistors(TS1,TS2) the gate voltage(VG) as the scanning voltage conveyed through the gate wiring(11) is permitted and on the source electrode of the first switching film transistor(TS1) the data voltage(VD) conveyed through the data wiring(12) is permitted. The drain electrode of the first switching film transistor(TS1) is connected to the source electrode of the second switching film transistor(TS2) and the drain electrode of the second switching film transistor(TS2) is connected to the gate electrode of the driving film transistor(TD). The storage capacitor(CST) formed between the power supplying line(13) and the gate electrode of the driving film transistor(TD) sustains the gate voltage(V2G) of the driving film transistor(TD) in the condition of that the switching film transistors(TS1,TS2) are turned off.
