APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING ABRASIVE BY USING HIGH VOLTAGE PULSE POWER DEVICE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for producing an abrasive by using a high voltage pulse power device is provided to maximize the abrasion efficiency of various abrasives having close, semi-open and open type characteristics and to regulate an amount of attaching the abrasive by using the intensity of static electricity force. CONSTITUTION: A spherical wave generation unit(10) supplies an alternating current spherical wave voltage of maximum kV in a first transformer(T1). A producing electrode unit(20) partially electrifies an abrasive by putting an abrasive between the producing electrode units and regulating a frequency and a pulse to produce various kinds of abrasives. A cathode is connected to a lower end of the producing electrode and an anode is connected to an upper end. An offset power unit(30) is prepared with a second transformer(T2) having a certain boosting rate by receiving alternating power. The offset power unit charges an alternating current spherical wave voltage by using a third condenser. Then, the offset power unit outputs a direct current spherical wave form of dozens of kV of only an offset portion to a zero point to show only a direct current spherical wave form element.
