Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A navigation network system using a communication system and a method thereof are provided to figure out traffic condition on roads accurately and to serve the efficient way according to the traffic condition so that a driver may reach a destination safely. CONSTITUTION: A cellular phone connector(112) is connected with a cellular phone or with a hand free kit for attaching the cellular phone to a car, and separates a voice signal and data received from a controller to process the separated voice signal and the data. A voice perceiving processor(113) analyzes the voice signal received from the cellular phone connector(112) to analyze the voice signal as a corresponding word, and outputs the analyzed data to the controller. A memory stores voice processing data and data necessary for a control of the controller, and temporally stores data generated when the controller controls. A phase signal receiver(114) converts a wireless signal into electronic data according to a car position received from a satellite through an antenna, and outputs the converted electronic data to the controller. A mileage operator(116) operates a mileage and a speed of a car based upon the data received from each device such as wheels and an engine and outputs the operated mileage and the speed to the controller. A CD-ROM driver(117) reads data from a CD-ROM driver to output the data to the controller when a map information requesting signal received from the controller exists. A displayer(118) displays a road, a current car position, and a destination necessary for a navigation according to a control of the controller, and displays a road state according to a control of the controller. The controller controls an entire operation of the navigation device for the car, and is connected with a mobile communication navigation server through the mobile communication terminal to receive road states and root information, then displays the road states and the root information on the displayer(118).
