Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A method for culturing Paecilomyces japonicus using a shell of bean (such as bean-curd dregs etc.) is provided which increases an amount of hyphae in the case of culturing in a liquid medium and which allows for shortening of culturing period and for increasing the formation of fruit body. CONSTITUTION: The method for culturing Paecilomyces japonicus using a shell of bean comprises the steps of : adding independently 100 ml of a pre-culture medium and liquid culture medium into two Erlenmeyer flasks; autoclaving the media at 121 deg.C for 20 minutes; culturing the strain in the pre-culture medium at 25 deg.C for 3 days; inoculating 1 ml of the pre-culture into 100 ml of the liquid culture medium; and culturing in a shaking Incubator (under the condition of 25 deg.C and 200 rpm) for 5 days, wherein the liquid medium comprises 2 % or more of the shell of the bean or the solid medium comprises 80-90 % of the shell of the bean and 10-20 % of a silkworm, and the inoculation concentration is 10-20 ml/50 g. |
