METHOD FOR CHECKING NON-COMMUNICABLE AREA BY USING MOBILE STATION OF GENERAL SUBSCRIBER

PURPOSE: A method for checking a non-communicable area by using a mobile station of a general subscriber is provided to make the mobile station detect a receiving intensity of a radio wave in a pause state, so as to widely perceive the non-communicable area. The method is also provided to add a simple protocol to the mobile station and a base station, to add a collection analyzing function to an operation and maintenance device, and to use the mobile station of the general subscriber, so as to improve a system efficiency to prevent a deterioration of a system capacity. CONSTITUTION: If a power of a mobile station is turned on, an operation of the mobile station starts(S301). The mobile station performs an initialization(S302). The mobile station selects a base station having a strongest signal intensity among pilot signals received as a predetermined frequency in a subscriber mobile communication system, and acquires the system to synchronize the system(S303). The mobile station decides whether a function for monitoring a non-communicable area is activated(S304). If so, the mobile station measures pilot intensities of the base station and an adjacent base station(S311). The mobile station confirms whether the initialization is performed by a non-communicable area approach(S312) and whether a non-communicable limit time exceeds(S313). The mobile station notifies the base station of signal intensities of the pilot signals before approaching to the non-communicable area and signal intensities of the pilot signals after approaching to a communicable area as messages(S314). The mobile station performs a transition to a non-communicable area monitoring idle state(S308).
