Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method of polymer resin powder, which can be prepared powder having uniform particle size distribution by using an aggregating agent of a few quantity. Also, the polymer resin powder has an excellent property such as impact resistance. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of the polymer resin powder comprises the steps of; (i) forming creaming by mixture of a polymer latex and an aggregating agent of critical coagulation concentration or less; (ii) forming agglomerater by stirring the creaming; and (iii) ageing the agglomerater. A manufacturing apparatus of the polymer resin powder contains; (a) cream mixer(5) for forming creaming by supplying polymer latex and aggregating agent; (b) coagulator(8) for forming agglomerater by coagulating formed creaming, which is connected with the cream mixer(5); and (c) aging tank((11) for aging the agglomerater, which is connected with the coagulator(8).
