PROCESS FOR PRODUCING A SYNTHETIC COTTON CONTAINING CHARCOAL POWDER

PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing a synthetic cotton containing charcoal powder, which has excellent deodorization, antibacterial, disinfection and sound insulation by using charcoal liquid to make a charcoal cotton. CONSTITUTION: The synthetic cotton containing charcoal powder is obtained by a process containing the steps of: grinding purified charcoal(1) at 200mesh in a grinder(2); mixing 5% of natural adhesive(4) with 5% of ground charcoal powder(3) in a mixer(5) for 2hr to make charcoal liquid; fine-grinding to make fine-ground charcoal liquid(7) at 1200mesh over and over again about 10 in a no.3 roller(6); mixing 10% of synthetic resin(8) with the fine-ground charcoal liquid(7) in a mixer(9); drying with 120deg.C of a dryer(10) for 2hr; extrusion-molding a dried mixture to form 3mm of chip(12) through an extruder(11); mixing 80% of synthetic resin(13) in a mixer(14); mix-drying in 180deg.C of a dryer(15) for 4hr; forming the charcoal cotton(17) in a spinning machine(16); drawing 2 times in a drawing machine(18); and then cutting with a cutter(19) to make final product(20).
