BREAST CANCER-REPRESENTING TRANSFORMED MOUSE AND MANUFACTURING PROCESS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A breast cancer-representing transformed mouse is provided, which shows formal change of tissue of mammary gland and breast cancer after a pregnancy or a birth by overexpression of membrane-type matrix metalloproteinase(MT1-MMP) in the mammary gland, which also induces metastasis of cancer to the other tissue, propagate itself well, and inwhich gene character is delivered well to descendants, so which can be used to develop medicine for cancer. CONSTITUTION: A process for the preparation of breast cancer-representing transformed mouse comprises: inserting PCR-synthesized mouse MT1-MMP cDMA to Sal I and Xho I of multiple cloning site of pMAMneo having MMTV promotor/enhancer to get a plasmid pmMT1; refining mMT1 DNA containing MMTV promotor/MT1-MMP cDMA after cutting the plasmid pmMT1 with a restriction enzyme Hind III; microinjecting the refined mMT1 DNA into fertilized eggs of mice, and transferring to a mouse duct to get 12 mice; cutting tails to extract genomic DNA, and amplifying mMT1 DNA with PCR method; processing electrophoresis to confirm presence of MT1-MMP from the DNA product.
