LAND DECK MATING METHOD BY JACK SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A land deck mating method by jack system manufactures and assembles a marine structure at marine or land without a dry dock in built-in type, thereby reducing manufacturing cost and a term of works. CONSTITUTION: A land deck mating method by jack system lifts an upper part structure, which is manufactured at the land, on a lower part structure which is previously manufactured using a winding device such as an oil pressure device including a strand jack. a lifting tower or a jacking leg(52). The land deck mating method comprises the following processes. A preceding process includes a foundation reinforcement and a setting of a jacking leg base structure(57) and lifting beam(53). In a large scale block process, the parts of the upper(11) and lower part block are assembled respectively on those positions of a temporary support. In a lifting system setting process, a lifting tower(51), a jacking leg(52) and a jack system are set up. A super lifting process lifts the upper part block(11) of the large scale block to the requested height. A side skidding process moves two pairs of the lower part blocks to the lower limit of the upper part block(11). In a mating process, the load of the upper part block(11) is delivered to columns of the lower part blocks and the deck is connected with the column.
