METHOD FOR CONTROLLING DISTRIBUTION OF CHARGE FOR SECURING CENTRAL GAS DAMP IN BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: A method for controlling distribution of charge for securing central gas damp in a blast furnace is provided to produce normal molten iron by securing the optimum blast volume and to prevent charge drop inferiority such as slip or drop. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling distribution of charge for securing central gas damp in a blast furnace includes the steps of charging coke, central coke, first mineral and second mineral in order once and charging coke, first mineral and second mineral in order once, wherein the central coke is charged once every other charging. The central charge volume of coke charged in a blast furnace every other charging is 12 to 16percent in comparison with the whole charge volume of coke. The remaining coke of 1 to 18 ratio besides the central charge volume is charged on an inclined surface of coke charged in the blast furnace.
