DEVICE FOR AMPLIFYING POWER OF MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL

PURPOSE: A device for amplifying power of a mobile communication terminal is provided to add a pi-typed attenuator for a temperature compensation to a front end of a power amplifier and reduce an amplitude outputted according to a temperature of the power amplifier, when a pre-amp, a drive-amp and a power module are established. CONSTITUTION: A temperature compensation/attenuation circuit varies an attenuated value according to a temperature of a power amplifier to compensate outputs. The temperature compensation/attenuation circuit is equipped on a front end of the power amplifier. In the temperature compensation/attenuation circuit, a pi-typed attenuator comprises first/second resistors(R1,R2) for attenuating input radio frequencies(RF). A negative temperature compensation thermistor is intervened to the second resistor(R2) in parallel and varies an attenuated value according to the temperature. A pre-amplifier pre-amplifies an RF inputted up to a specific level. The pre-amplified RF is attenuated by an attenuated value and transferred to the power amplifier.
