Seaweed extract product having immuno-enhancement activity and methods of producing and utilizing the same

PURPOSE: An extract for reinforcement of immunity derived from Korean seaweeds is provided, which activates immunocytes, and shows superior effect without cytotoxity, so which can be used as an additive in food, an additive in feed, and an immuno-enhancer. CONSTITUTION: A process for the preparation of extract for reinforcement of immunity derived from Korean seaweeds comprises of: drying the Korean seaweeds by sunshine; washing the Korean seaweeds with cold double distilled water; culturing after adding the double distilled water in the volume of 6-12times of reagent weight at 4°C for 8-12hrs; pulverizing at 4°C, and shaking after culturing; centrifuging to eliminate precipitates, and filtering the supernatant by passing through the filtering membrane(60micrometer-0.45micrometer); freeze-drying to get the water-soluble extract for reinforcement of immunity. 본 발명은 해조류 유래의 면역증강용 추출물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 해조류에 물을 가하여 교반하고, 원심분리한 후, 상등액을 분리하여 수용성 추출물을 1차 분리하고, 또한 상기 수득한 상등액에서 크로마토그래피법에 의해 단백질 성분인 렉틴 분획을 2차 분리하여 면역증강 효과를 시험한 결과, 각 추출물은 면역세포를 활성화시키며 세포독성이 없는 매우 뛰어난 효과가 있어 음료수 첨가제, 사료 첨가제, 음식물 등에 면역증강제로 사용할 수 있다.
