QUALITY IMPROVEMENT AND METHOD OF INCANDESCENT BULB PROVIDING RADIANT CAPABILITY AS WELL AS SEMI-PERMANENT LENGTH OF LIFE WITH EQUAL MANUFACTURING COST AS USUAL

PURPOSE: A quality improvement and method of an incandescent bulb providing a radiant capability as well as a semi-permanent life span with equal manufacturing cost as usual is provided to offer not only the better and brighter radiant color tone but a power saving. CONSTITUTION: A quality improvement and method of an incandescent bulb providing a radiant capability as well as a semi-permanent life span with equal manufacturing cost as usual includes a filament(1). The filament(1) is floated by an anchor(2) standing on a head part of a stem(3) for retaining. A light current flows through both sides of a current induction line(4) to radiate the filament(1). An exhaust hole(7) makes an air of the bulb inside a vacuum state. An end of a bimetal sticks to an end of the anchor(2) by a spot welding. The other end of a bimetal sticks to a metal wire like nichrome wire which is cut in a regular length by the spot welding.
