Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a shadow mask for a cathode ray tube is provided to be capable of improving a coating property by effectively suppressing hole closing of a shadow mask. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a shadow mask for a cathode ray tube comprises forming a photoresistor film of a successive stripe shape on one plane of a screen mesh(20). A shadow mask(10) and the screen mesh(20) are mounted at a screen printer. A paste, which consists of an electron reflecting material or a hardening material, is deposited and printed on one surface of the screen mesh(20). After press shaping the shadow mask(10) having a coating film, the shadow mask(10) is inserted in a furnace.
